Our Story
Built by people who grew up on Peoria clay soil
Basement Solutions started in East Peoria with a simple frustration: most homeowners with a bowing wall or a leaking crack were being sold either a caulk-tube “quick fix” or a full wall tear-out they didn’t need. We built our company around the middle ground — engineered, warrantied repairs sized to the actual problem.
Every technician on our crew is trained on carbon-fiber strap installation, structural crack injection, and interior drain-tile waterproofing specifically for the heavy clay soils common throughout Peoria County and Tazewell County. That local focus is why our repair plans hold up through freeze-thaw cycles and heavy spring rain, year after year.
